These terms cover your use of the daymake.app website. The Daymake app will come with its own terms when it launches.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse, link to and share this website. Please don’t try to disrupt it, access it in ways it isn’t designed for, or use it to break the law.
Daymake isn’t available yet
Daymake is in development for iPhone. Everything this site describes, including features, designs, rewards and timings, may change before or after launch. Features marked as planned don’t exist yet. Screens labelled as prototype screens come from an early web prototype and aren’t the final app.
The waitlist and the Founder’s reward
People who join the waitlist and confirm their email address are eligible for one Founder’s reward: the First Light Tree, a decoration for Daymake islands. It’s cosmetic only and gives no gameplay advantage. It can be claimed once, in the Daymake app after launch, using the code we send to the confirmed address, and it then stays with the Daymake account that claimed it. It has no cash value. Its name and design may change before launch. We may withdraw eligibility for sign-ups that abuse the waitlist, such as automated or bulk sign-ups.
Our content
The Daymake name, logo, artwork, text and other content on this site belong to Daymake. You may share screenshots of the site to talk about Daymake. Please don’t reuse the artwork or branding in a way that suggests you are Daymake or are endorsed by us.

Links to other websites, such as the App Store, are provided for convenience. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t run.
No warranty
This website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.
Changes
